Children, Youth, and Families
Programs
Birth – PreK
Our nursery is available on Sunday mornings from 8:15 am - 12:15 pm for Birth-PreK in Room 1.23 of the Ministry Center. Nursery care is also available during other special services and programs. Our caregivers are loving and familiar faces to our families. For mid-week programs, check out First Presbyterian Preschool.
Gliders are available in the back of the Sanctuary to comfort and soothe your child; children are always welcome in worship at First Presbyterian Church.
Elementary (Grades K-5)
On Sunday mornings, Grades K-5 Sunday School meets 9:40 am-10:40 am in Room 1.24 of the Ministry Center.
Worship Activity bags are available during services; all Children are invited to the front during 11:00 am Worship for the Children's Moment. Following the Children's Moment, Children's Worship and Wonder takes place in Ministry Center - Room 1.24 with our certified teacher, Kerri Wheeler.
Service and Learning Together (SALT) for Grades 3-5 meets twice per month on Sunday nights from 5:30 -7:30 pm; dinner is provided.
Youth (Grades 6-12)
On Sunday mornings, Grades 6-12 Sunday School meet from 9:40 am -10:40 am in the Ministry Center - Rooms 2.23-24.
Youth Group meets on Sunday nights throughout the fall and spring from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm; dinner is provided. Middle and High School youth split for games, recreation, prayer, worship skills, music, Bible study, service projects, relationship building, and leadership development.
